Dear Customers ,

It is with great sadness that we must announce that, due to circumstances beyond our control, the 2026 season will be our final season operating “Neuadd Caravan Park”. Our business will end on the 31st of October 2026.

We have had the caravan park in our stewardship for 40 years. From 1985, we have run and developed the Park as part of our family business.

Our lease will come to an end, at the end of the 2026 season, and the new Landlords, who are the original late Landlords’ grandchildren wish to run a caravan park business from the property themselves going forward, from the 1st November 2026. We have been assured by the Landlords of the following:

  • All our current customers may continue beyond the 2026 season and will be welcome to stay for the 2027 season.

  • Any increase in rent/fees for 2027 season will be reasonable, in line with current market industry standards, and not excessive.

  • Customers will NOT be required to replace or renew their static caravans or touring caravans in order to stay for the 2027 season.

Current customers will have until 31st of July 2026 to decide whether they wish to stay for the 2027 season, and to register their interest directly with the Landlords.

This process has been set up to allow for a smooth transition as customers move from our business to the Landlords new business from 1st November 2026

As for our family, I had hoped to continue developing the caravan park for the rest of my working life – just as my late father Roy. He worked on the park until his final days, until the age of 81. I have dedicated my entire working life – 40 years- to Neuadd Caravan Park and to building relationships with customers spanning multiple generations. You all will be greatly missed.

Please be assured that the 2026 season will continue as normal under our family business “Neuadd Caravan Park”. All services will continue, including:

  • Bookings for touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents,

  • Touring caravan season tickets,

  • All static caravan enquiries and sales for the 2026 season,

  • Static caravan sales for existing customers wishing to upgrade for 2026 and for new customers joining us for this final season

  • Invoicing, bills and payments

These services will operate as usual until 31st October 2026.

Finally, let us make the 2026 season our best and most memorable farewell season. Thank you to all our customers for your support over the last 40 years. It has meant more to us that we can express. We will miss you all deeply.

For all enquires and any questions that you may have please contact:

Enclosed with this letter is a letter from the Landlords introducing themselves along with instructions on how to register your interest in relation to the 2027 season.

Yours sincerely

Peter Evans

Customer Address

Dear Mr and/or Mrs XXX

NEUADD CARAVAN PARK – CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT

My name is Ed Kirby and along with my sister Rachael Kirby and my cousin Thomas Ryder, we are the owners of the property Neuadd Caravan Park. Some of you may know that Walter Edwards, my grandfather, established Neuadd Caravan Park in 1958 and that for the past forty years, it has been operated by the Evans family, who have run their own business on the site. The Evans family lease will be coming to an end following the 2026 season, on October 31st. Thereafter, we will be managing the park as a family owned and operated business, with effect from 1st November 2026.

Our family has deep roots in New Quay, going back many generations and the land on which the Caravan Park sits has also been in the family for all of this time. The next generation of our family are now coming along and this is an important part of our motivation to continue building the legacy that our grandfather started. We would like to thank Peter and all of his family, especially his late father Roy, for all their hard work running their business at the park over the past four decades.

We are in the process of seeking approval from Ceredigion County Council to upgrade facilities and infrastructure on the park, in order to align it with the latest industry standards and guidance, to improve the aesthetic and practical appeal of the park, as well as becoming a more sustainable environment for holidays. We will be publicising our plans and actively seeking feedback and input on these plans from those of you who express an interest in staying on the park beyond the 2027 season.

Applications for 2027 Site Licence

Given the upcoming change in management, we need to plan ahead and identify which caravan owners would like to remain a customer on the park. We hope you will want to stay on the park, beyond the 2026 season and therefore we would like to invite you to apply for a site licence for the 2027 season. Please complete the Microsoft Forms link below to apply and to see a copy of our Site Licence Agreement. This is a standard British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA) licence agreement, in use by hundreds of parks across the country. In here you will see all the relevant fees and terms and conditions. Please do get in touch via post or email, should you be unable to access the link.

Your data will be handled in accordance with the current General Data Protection Regulations, please see a copy of our privacy policy attached.

If you do wish to apply for a site licence for 2027, we would be grateful if you could complete an application as soon as you are able, as this gives us the time to be able to plan ahead accordingly. In all cases, your application will need to be with us by 31st July 2026, at the latest.

Finally, I very much look forward to introducing myself and my team to you, in person, in the near future. Should you have any other enquiries, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. My contact details appear above.

Kind Regards,

Ed Kirby

Director (from November 2026)
